The University of South Wales (USW) wishes to appoint an experienced Software Implementation Manager to successfully implement the chosen Enquiry Management System for its integrated support provision.
The University is investing in a new approach in delivering services to students through Advice Zones. The objective is to deliver services directly to students as opposed to students going to disparate service delivery points. This will bring together teams and services from across the University and needs to be underpinned with a relevant and suitable IT infrastructure to handle all enquiries from students in a single solution. As part of this transformation, USW will be implementing a modern, interfaced, flexible enquiry management system.
The system will be used widely across the University, both across administrative and academic departments. The post will be located within the Advice Zone and the post-holder will report to the Advice Zone Manager. However, the post holder will need to be proactive in working with all staff within Student Services and across the University’s corporate and academic departments, including Academic Registry, IT Services and Faculties. The post-holder will also work closely with the external supplier for the chosen system.
