The newly formed Centre for Progression and Student Money is seeking a Progression Adviser to take a proactive role in the provision of information, specialist advice, guidance and support to students who have requested to change their course, suspend their studies or leave before they have completed their course. Advisers will provide a holistic support service to service users, working proactively with colleagues within the Centre for Progression and Student Money, across Student Services and beyond, to actively contribute to the maximisation of student progression and retention.
Advisers are expected to be proactive, dynamic, adaptable and resilient problem-solvers seeking to improve the student experience at all times.
This position is based at the Treforest campus of the University of South Wales. However due to the nature of the role, staff are expected to be able to work at any campus as required.
