The University of South Wales has a long history of providing an excellent experience for its students. Key to this first class service is a dedicated HR function leading and promoting excellence in people management and the enhancement of the staff experience.
This post is key to that service, coordinating our HR transactional services around recruitment, contract administration, general HR advice and guidance. You will also spearhead our approaches in 2 key areas: business process review and service excellence.
We seek a creative individual who has led in similar areas previously and who can bring a positive and proactive approach to the various strands. The ability to establish relationships and influence managers at all levels will be evident, based on personal credibility and a desire to make a difference in how the HR function at the University of South Wales meets these challenges.
