The Faculty of Life Sciences and Education, School of Education, Early Years and Social Work, is seeking to secure a Welsh-speaking lecturer in Primary ITE. The post holder will join a welcoming, experienced and highly committed team of staff to contribute to a range of modules and curriculum design across current and planned education provision. The post holder will support the Course Leaders and other staff in the delivery of lectures to students on the Welsh-medium (and, where required, English-medium) pathway(s) of primary ITE provision, the assessment of university-based provision and undertake a QA role of school experience placements in both Welsh- and English-medium schools.
The post holder must have Qualified Teacher Status, recent and relevant experience working within the primary education sector in a Welsh medium school and a Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
