Thales, in partnership with Welsh Government and the University of South Wales, are developing a National Digital Exploitation Centre (NDEC). In recognition of forthcoming major infrastructure and Critical National Infrastructure programmes in Wales and a need to create and retain high value jobs in the region as well as stimulate sustainable growth in regional business; NDEC will be a custom-built facility in South Wales to meet this need.

The education focus of NDEC will be on outreach activities to raise awareness of Digital Skills and Cyber Security to school children, upskilling of teachers and the local workforce and providing career development opportunities to local businesses.

To help support our development, we are seeking a Trainer to be responsible for developing and delivering training courses and material in line with the NDEC agenda. Working closely with multiple different stakeholders, the customer community and both internal/external partners, the candidate will be and will require a highly organised and diligent individual to make the role a success.
